About the role:
As a Recruiting Assistant for TQL, you will be responsible for directly supporting one of our top Recruiters with a variety of tasks throughout the TQL recruitment process. This includes finding prospective candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining and updating profiles in our recruiting platforms, while providing a best-in-class candidate experience.

What you'll be doing:
Sourcing and screening candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, and assessing candidate qualifications
Coordinate and schedule interviews through the entire selection process
Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate data in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate relationship management system (CRM)
Assist in preparing interview materials, including interview guides, candidate assessments and testing, candidate evaluation forms, and background documents
Support the Recruiter with other day-to-day responsibilities as needed
What you need:
Prior customer service or recruiting experience preferred, but not required
Ability to communicate effectively with candidates, team members, and hiring managers
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational skills, effectively managing a large volume of tasks
High sense of urgency and adaptability, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and maintain a high-level of professionalism
Proficient with MS Office products
