Being that our software product is an Applicant Tracking System we would like to hire a Recruiter who loves recruiting but is open to not being in a traditional recruiting role and has a passion for technology and people. Responsibilities
Train recruiters and teams of recruiters on how to use applicant tracking software
Answer users' inquiries about software functionality
Assist users in resolving software/system related issues
Act as a business analyst and gather user requirements for customization to the Applicant Tracking System
Maintain customer documentation
Work support tickets in a timely manner
Attend weekly team calls
Assist in data migrations as needed
Requirements
Excellent communication skills
Looking for Jr. Level Recruiters (preferably under 2 years of recruiting experience)
Passion for technology
Must be tech savvy and a quick learner
Capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously
Positive attitude and willing to go the extra mile to build rapport with customers and understand their needs
Ideal candidates would have basic knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) but not mandatory. Candidates coming from staffing companies or internal HR departments tend to do well in this type of role. Adecco, Insight Global, etc...
We will teach you how to train and support our software as well as how to customize and troubleshoot Microsoft Dynamics 365.
If you rarely get on the computer and/or have trouble with technology this is not the role for you. However, if you spend much of your time on the computer and like getting the latest tech gadgets and tend to pick up technology quickly we want to talk to you. This is a spectacular role for a recruiter who already understands the recruiting/staffing business.
