Job Title: Retail Recruiter - Temporary

POSITION SUMMARY
The Recruiter will be responsible for the identification of talent needed to support and grow Trulieve's human capital, while supporting Trulieve's mission and values daily. The Recruiter is the Company's main point of contact for retail recruiting and serves as the primary reference to support this activity.
This is a mid-level position that is responsible for the day-to-day recruiting initiatives that are aligned with identifying talent. The position requires a strong foundation and an understanding of all applicable laws and recruiting regulations and guidelines. The Recruiter is responsible for carrying out principles and standards that support Trulieve's commitment to people.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in related discipline
You have 3+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter
You have experience with high-volume recruiting and sourcing techniques
You have experience recruiting for a variety of positions
Background recruiting in retail, manufacturing, hospitality, or other high-volume environments preferred
Experience working within ATS and HRIS systems; SAP and/or SuccessFactors preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong working knowledge of Excel (tracking, reporting, basic formulas)
You are highly motivated, confident, and high-energy
Self-starter with a history of pushing for deadline-driven results
You have the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
You are flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
You are organized and can stay on top of numerous candidates with timely follow-up
You are a strong, engaging communicator with a knack for selling candidates
Ability to work with a variety of personalities at various seniority levels
Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality and discretion
