Reports To: Director of People Salary: $65,000 to $75,000 Location: Tampa, Headquarters (Hybrid)
Position Overview
We're looking for a driven, people-first Recruiter to help us build exceptional teams across our restaurants and support center. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting, delivering a best-in-class candidate experience, and ensuring we attract talent that aligns with our culture and standards.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands high-volume recruiting, and knows that the right hire directly impacts the guest experience. (It is an added plus that you have hospitality experience!)
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning
Post roles, source candidates, and build proactive talent pipelines
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes
Manage offers, background checks, and pre-boarding
Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience
Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, retention, and quality of hire
Employer Branding & Process Improvement
Strengthen employer brand through community outreach and referral programs
Support job fairs, hiring events, and new store openings
Continuously improve recruiting processes for efficiency and scalability
Qualifications
2–4+ years of recruiting experience (restaurant or multi-unit experience preferred)
Experience recruiting hourly and salaried roles
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple openings
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
