Description

Our Client, a Medical Research company, is looking for a Recruiter for their Secaucus, NJ/Remote location.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and source full-time candidates and contractors, schedule interviews, conduct screenings, coordinate candidate debrief meetings and shepherd candidates to their start date.  
  • Act as the subject matter expert to recruit for highly specialized Epic roles, including Beaker, Resolute, Cadence & Prelude, HIM, Ambulatory, MyChart, Bridges, Security, Care Everywhere, Epic Care Link, Cogito, Business Intelligence Developers, and ECS
  • Analysts.
  • Measure time-to-hire metrics and reduce the time it takes for candidates to be hired.
  • Identify and eliminate bottlenecks to minimize delays to the candidate's start date.
  • Leverage your robust, pre-existing connections with Epic talent and Epic vendor partners to quickly tap into passive talent pools.
  • Develop strong candidate pipelines to meet talent demands through project lifecycle.
  • Utilize engaging recruitment strategies to tap into external and internal talent.
  • Analyze market data and evaluate internal equity to formulate highly compelling compensation packages. 
  • Develop a deep understanding of client benefits and total rewards offerings to effectively educate, pitch, and secure critical hires.
  • Deploy screening and monitoring strategies to proactively reduce dual employment conflicts among candidates and contractors.
  • Ensure internal candidates are immediately connected to training managers for required Epic certifications and carefully manage transition timelines with current managers.
  • Utilize a system for tracking pipeline activity and relationships status and share your work openly with the team.
  • Provide proactive, and clear communication of updates to hiring managers including escalations to the Director HRBP.
  • Coach hiring managers to recruit with speed and decisiveness while ensuring a flawless candidate experience.
  • Understand the critical skills required for each Epic application module and map out candidate competencies to complement and balance our existing staff.
  • Keep an eye on the future by staying up to date on Epic application changes, industry trends, and leveraging AI tools to optimize talent sourcing and recruitment.
  • Demonstrate a relentless drive for results. Put in the necessary time required to hit aggressive Project Nova staffing deadlines.
 
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of high-volume, highly successful Epic recruitment experience within a hospital system or diagnostics organization.
  • 2+ large-scale Epic implementations supported with proven success in proactive, passive sourcing.
  • Established Network: Must bring established, strong relationships with Epic professionals and vendor partners.
  • Self-Sufficiency: Demonstrated ability to operate successfully without schedulers or administrative coordinators.
  • Flexibility & Grit: Willingness to work overtime and non-standard hours to secure critical hires.
  • Tech-Savvy: Strong Excel skills and hands-on experience utilizing AI tools to optimize sourcing and recruitment processes.
  • Stellar Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of professional stakeholder management.
  • Preferred Experience:
  • Background handling core Human Resources generalist work, specifically specializing in compensation structures, market benchmarking, and benefits structures.
  • Strong Project Management capabilities.
  • Required Education:
  • A college degree in computer science, information science, a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
