About the position:

Compensation: $19-22 an hour, based on experience 

• Responsibilities
  • Work closely with management to ensure staffing goals are met
  • Create, post and manage job listings cross platforms 
  • Utilize platforms like Indeed, CareerPlug, FaceBook and others
  • Assess resumes based on relevant experience
  • Conduct phone screening interviews and keep detailed notes in a spreadsheet
  • Schedule interviews across multiple calendars and manage candidate communication
  • Build and maintain recruiting processes
  • Email offer letters and assist in the onboarding process

• Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week. Flexible schedule.
  • Qualities: organized, professional, task-oriented, confident in decision making, reliable, and self-driven with a strong work ethic.  
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively with candidates and management
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
