Introduction
This hybrid role offers an exciting opportunity for experienced recruiters to join our team in NYC. The position requires a dynamic individual who can provide top-quality recruitment experiences for both hiring leaders and candidates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in corporate recruiting.
- Proficiency in MS Office is required.
- Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team of recruiters, recruitment coordinators, and onboarding teams.
- Must live within a commutable distance to the NYC office off Vesey.
- Prior work experience in financial services, payments, banking, fintech, or similar industries is preferred.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
- Experience with Oracle Recruitment Cloud is an asset but not required.
- Familiarity with other ATS and/or CRM systems such as Taleo, EightFold, Workday, Bullhorn, SuccessFactors.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and make offers to candidates while working directly with hiring leaders.
- Attend events in the office to support hiring for the NYC location from time to time.
