Our Client, a Financial company, is looking for a Recruiter III for their Detroit, MI/ Hybrid location.

Technology Talent Sourcing
LinkedIn Recruiter & Boolean Search Methodology
Passive Candidate Identification, Engagement, and Screening
Required Skills
3+ years of technology sourcing and/or recruiting experience.
Experience sourcing software engineering, data, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, product, or technology leadership talent. [
Strong expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques.
Experience engaging and screening passive candidates.
Ability to develop sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desired Skills
Experience supporting large-scale or high-volume technology hiring initiatives.
Talent mapping and market intelligence experience.
Competitive talent market research experience.
Familiarity with Workday Recruiting and modern recruiting technologies.
Experience partnering with multiple recruiters and hiring managers simultaneously.
