    Talent Acquisition Specialist (Temporary)
    ? North Houston, TX

    Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a temporary basis. This position will support recruiting efforts across corporate, operational, manufacturing, field support, and professional-level positions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong sourcing and relationship-building skills, and have a proven track record of managing full-cycle recruiting processes.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake through offer acceptance
    • Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels
    • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
    • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on qualifications, experience, and organizational fit
    • Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams
    • Provide hiring recommendations and support offer negotiations
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and pre-employment requirements
    • Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate data within the applicant tracking system
    • Track recruiting metrics and provide status updates to hiring managers and leadership
    • Participate in recruiting events, employer branding initiatives, and talent acquisition projects
    • Deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience through exceptional customer service and communication
    • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
    • Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
    • Experience recruiting across multiple functions and position levels
    • Strong sourcing experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms
    • Experience working with applicant tracking systems
    • Excellent interviewing, candidate assessment, and negotiation skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
    • Ability to build relationships and effectively partner with all levels of management
    • Strong customer service orientation and team-focused approach
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience recruiting within the oil & gas, energy, manufacturing, industrial, or related industries
    • Experience recruiting professional, operational, manufacturing, and field support personnel
    • Experience utilizing Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) or similar applicant tracking systems
