Venture Global LNG (“Venture Global”) is a long-term, low-cost provider of American-produced liquefied natural gas. Summary

Venture Global is seeking a Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple business functions. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process to attract top talent in support of the company’s operational and strategic growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience managing multiple requisitions, and the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates in a fast-paced environment.

General Description Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for assigned positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
• Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and LinkedIn
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system - Workday
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Support offer preparation, negotiation, and onboarding coordination
• Track recruiting metrics and provide hiring updates to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations

Qualifications

Required experience

• 2–5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Experience recruiting in energy, engineering, construction, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred
• Experience with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously

Preferred Experience

• Experience with high-volume recruiting
• Knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance
• Strong sourcing and networking capabilities

Required Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, related field or related experience preferred

Required Skills

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
