Onsite Recruiter – Houston, TX

Location: Houston, TX | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Onsite

Pay: $25-$30
Duration: 3–6 Month Project | Potential Extension

We are seeking an energetic, highly organized Onsite Recruiter to support a high-volume production hiring ramp-up for a leading Houston-based manufacturing company.

This person will work closely with the HR team, department managers, and staffing partners to coordinate temporary employee hiring, onboarding, and placement. The Recruiter will track open positions, candidate status, start dates, and staffing needs while ensuring strong communication and follow-up throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate hiring and onboarding of temporary production employees.

• Partner with department managers on open positions and hiring needs.

• Communicate candidate and staffing status to managers and HR.

• Work closely with the staffing agency to coordinate candidate flow and start dates.

• Track hiring activity and maintain accurate records.

• Provide consistent follow-up with candidates, managers, HR, and staffing partners.

• Help resolve onboarding or staffing issues quickly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, HR coordination, or related experience.

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

• Manufacturing, production, or high-volume hiring experience preferred.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

• Energetic, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and build relationships.

This is a fully onsite project-based opportunity in Houston, TX, expected to last 3–6 months with potential for extension.
