You'll work with other talented recruiting and sourcing professionals who demonstrate an in-depth industry knowledge to identify candidates to support some of our most critical programs.

We're looking for a highly skilled senior recruiter.

The ideal candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate excellent recruiting techniques and innovative ideas to lead to overall success of the business.
In this role, you will:
• Work closely with other recruiters, hiring teams and business leaders to develop and implement recruiting strategies
• Identify and contact passive candidates
• Utilize the existing ATS and CRM systems as well as external databases
• Craft and send engaging and appealing recruiting communications to potential candidates
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Promote our employer brand
• Partner effectively with HR teammates when working compensation, compliance, onboarding, and other processes.
