Now we're hiring to build even faster. This is a high-growth, high-ownership startup. Everybody is an individual contributor, there are no middle managers or bureaucracy. You'll learn quick and get as much responsibility as you can handle.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process
- Source candidates, screen resumes, and evaluate candidates to determine fit
- Run interview and hiring decision-making processes with interviewers and leadership
- Manage offer process
- Build out and improve both the candidate experience and recruiting process
You’re a Fit If
- You’re confident evaluating candidates for both behavioral fit and role competencies
- You've directly sourced passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
- You love clear targets and fast feedback
- You don’t wait to be told what to do - you drive the process
- Real estate/property management experience = bonus
Compensation
- 90-120k, location adjusted for cost of living.
- Employee-sponsored health insurance
- Unlimited PTO (we work very hard, but unplugged time-off is just as important)
