Salary:  $65k - $70k plus incentives

A growing organization in the fire safety and construction-related services industry is seeking an energetic and relationship-driven Recruiter to support hiring needs across multiple markets. This role is ideal for a confident recruiting professional who enjoys building relationships, engaging candidates, and partnering with field leadership to identify top talent.

This position is based fully on-site in the North Atlanta / Gwinnett area and will support recruiting efforts across Georgia and Texas, including markets such as Houston, Dallas, Austin, Augusta, and Winder.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned markets, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates through the hiring process
  • Partner with branch and field leadership to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for high-volume and specialized roles
  • Represent the company professionally while creating a positive candidate experience
  • Coordinate interviews, communicate feedback, and assist with offer processes
  • Track recruiting activity, candidate progress, and hiring metrics
  • Support recruiting efforts for multiple locations across Georgia and Texas
  • Travel occasionally to assigned markets for hiring events, branch visits, and recruiting support

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3–7 years of recruiting experience
  • Recruiting experience in fire safety, construction, general contracting, manufacturing, industrial services, or a related field strongly preferred
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills
  • Outgoing, energetic, and confident communication style
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and field leadership
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office recruiting environment
  • Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 10–15%, typically once per quarter
