This role is focused on proactively identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of highly sought-after technical talent across AI, software engineering, robotics, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, data science, autonomy, and emerging technology domains.

What You'll Do
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future technology hiring needs.
- Source and engage passive candidates across highly specialized technical disciplines.
- Conduct talent mapping, competitor research, organizational analysis, and market intelligence activities.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Screen candidates for technical fit, compensation expectations, location preferences, and overall alignment.
- Provide insight on talent availability, skill adjacencies, compensation trends, and market conditions.
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, CRM tools, and talent engagement strategies to identify top candidates.
- Create and nurture long-term talent communities before hiring needs arise.
- Track pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, and recruiting metrics.
- Maintain ATS and CRM data accuracy while ensuring compliance with recruiting processes.
- Present qualified candidate slates and strategic recommendations to hiring stakeholders.
- Support business-critical recruiting initiatives through consultative talent advisory services.

Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of talent acquisition, technical recruiting, sourcing, executive research, or related experience.
- Proven success sourcing passive technical talent in competitive markets.
- Strong experience recruiting for technology, software, engineering, AI, robotics, cybersecurity, cloud, or digital-focused roles.
- Expertise in Boolean search methodologies and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience building talent pipelines for niche and difficult-to-fill positions.
- Ability to conduct talent mapping, market research, competitor intelligence, and organizational analysis.
- Excellent stakeholder management and consultative communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using recruiting data and performance metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience utilizing ATS and CRM platforms to manage candidate pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background as a Talent Sourcing Partner, Executive Researcher, Technical Recruiter, or Talent Intelligence professional.
- Experience supporting AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Engineering, Robotics, Cybersecurity, or Advanced Engineering organizations.
- Workforce planning and talent advisory experience.
- Experience developing sourcing strategies for business-critical hiring initiatives.
- Familiarity with talent landscaping, succession mapping, and competitive market analysis.
- Experience partnering directly with senior technical leaders and hiring managers.
