Shift Time: Mon - Fri; 8:00 AM -5:00 PM

Job Description:

They will be managing daily legal records tasks, including organizing, filing, scanning, and retrieving documents while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
Knowledge of legal records compliance and confidentiality
Proficient with document management systems and digital tools
Efficient, reliable, and process improvement focused.
They would be lifting and bending frequently.
They would need to be able to lift file boxes up to 40 lbs.
Parking is not free but will provide $100/month for parking or transit.
