About the Role:Arizona Restoration Contractors is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Reconstruction Project Manager to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage all phases of reconstruction projects from initial assessment through project completion
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and on-budget delivery
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates and managing expectations
- Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and project scopes of work
- Identify and resolve project issues, delays, or risks proactively
Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in reconstruction, restoration, or construction project management
- Strong knowledge of reconstruction processes, building codes, and industry standards
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills
- Proficiency with project management software and tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regular site visits in the Phoenix area
- Xactimate experience necessary
