Recertification Manager-Property

Envolve Community Management, LLC owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States. We are a company whose success is measured by our residents' satisfaction in making their apartment homes and community a great place to live.

Currently, we are searching for a full-time Recertification Manager to work at one of our apartment communities in Richmond, VA.

Duties:

• Timely process annual recertifications
• Work with the Envolve compliance team to ensure all HUD/LIHTC rules are followed
• Process interim certifications
• Send recertification notices on time to tenants
• File completed recertifications and interims in tenant files
• Provide any required reporting
• Other tasks as may be assigned

Qualifications:

• Tax Credit and HUD/Section 8 knowledge
• Leasing/Compliance experience
• Apartment management experience preferred
• Knowledge of affordable housing compliance paperwork
