Infin Moving is seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to support our daily operations in Orlando. This role is responsible for managing front desk activities, assisting customers with inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors in a professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Respond to customer inquiries about moving services
• Schedule appointments and assist with booking requests
• Maintain records, files, and basic data entry
• Support office staff with administrative tasks

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills (email, data entry, scheduling)
• Organizational and multitasking abilities
• Reliable and professional demeanor
• Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
