Receptionist/ HR Assistant position available

Job Summary:

Manage the Front Desk and assist the HR Manager with new hire orientations, record-keeping including maintaining personnel files and other duties while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls and greeting visitors in a friendly, professional manner

Assisting applicants with the application process Personnel file maintenance

Manage Personal Protective Equipment inventory 

 Assisting with administrative and HR support functions

Other duties as assigned

You must possess these skills to be considered for the position:

•Bi-lingual – English and Spanish

•Customer Service Experience

•Organizational Skills

•Computer Skills

•Ability to work with minimal direction

•Maintain highest standard of confidentiality

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 7 am to 4 pm
