About the Role: We’re looking for a highly organized, upbeat, and reliable Concierge to be the face of our studio. This front desk role is essential to creating a seamless, welcoming experience for every guest who walks through our doors.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling
- Answer phones, handle guest questions, and resolve basic concerns
- Promote our Polish Pass membership program
- Maintain a clean, organized studio environment - not a lot of time to sit down!
- Coordinate with nail specialists and management to support smooth operations
Perks & Pay:
- $16+ per hour based on experience and availability
- One free manicure and one free pedicure per month
- Monthly performance-based bonus
- Paid training and ongoing support
- Flexible scheduling (no late nights!)
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of customer service or front desk experience
- Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Experience in salon/spa/hospitality a plus
