Job Description:
This is a traditional receptionist role focused on answering incoming calls and welcoming guests. This individual will be cross-trained to provide support for the mail function;however, approximately 90% of the day-to-day responsibilities will involve working at the reception desk—handling phone calls, greeting visitors, and responding to emails and service tickets. Responsibilities include standard onsite mail handling;FedEx shipping and receiving;copy/print and scanning operations;managing incoming and outgoing mail;assisting with conference room setups;providing customer service at the service window;and supporting general office services as needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
The role requires regular standing and walking, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Equipment used includes printers, copiers, postage meters, and other standard office services devices.
Dress Code: Business Professional
Parking is provided.
