    Pay: $275,000.00 - $375,000.00 per year

    Job description:

    Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at our clients Los Angeles office.

    Note: You must have at least 10 years of experience in real estate transactional law. If you do not meet this requirement, please do not schedule a call.

    Job Description

    • Handle complex real estate transactions involving commercial, mixed-use, and high-value properties
    • Advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and financing
    • Negotiate and draft purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, and related contracts
    • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff in a collegial, high-performance environment
    • Cultivate and grow client relationships with an entrepreneurial mindset
    • Meet expectations consistent with partner-level responsibilities and contributions

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate transactional law
    • Extensive experience with California real estate law and commercial real estate matters
    • Active license to practice law in California
    • Strong client management, drafting, and negotiation skills
    • A portable book of business is highly preferred but not required
