A bit about us:
Boston, Massachusetts | Full-Time | 2–6 Years
A highly regarded Boston-based business law firm is seeking a Real Estate & Land Use Associate with approximately 2–6 years of experience to join its established real estate practice.
The firm is an approximately 40-attorney, full-service Boston law firm with roots dating back more than 45 years. Originally founded as a real-estate boutique, the firm has grown into a sophisticated business-law platform while maintaining deep strength in commercial real estate, development, land use and real-estate litigation.
The real estate team represents commercial and residential developers, property owners, investors, managers, businesses and commercial tenants across the full life cycle of a real-estate matter — from permitting and development through acquisition, financing, leasing, conveyance and dispute resolution.
Why join us?
Why Join
The firm combines sophisticated, high-level work with the advantages of a smaller platform: direct partner mentorship, early client interaction, meaningful responsibility and a culture designed to develop associates into independent practitioners. Associates are encouraged to build their own practices and are provided with the mentorship, resources and opportunities necessary to progress toward shareholder-level responsibility.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to build a broad, long-term commercial real estate practice within a collaborative Boston firm known for both its real estate roots and sophisticated business-law platform.

Select real-estate and land-use disputes where appropriate
The firm’s land-use attorneys have extensive experience representing developers, property owners and other clients before municipal, state and federal authorities and have been involved in precedent-setting Massachusetts real-estate and zoning matters.
Qualifications
