Berger Singerman seeks to expand its Corporate, Securities and M&A Practice Group with the addition of a highly qualified and motivated attorney with two to five years of experience in corporate, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions matters. Work will involve the opportunity to take on increasingly significant roles in complex transactions under the thoughtful mentorship of colleagues skilled in developing innovative solutions for clients across the United States and around the world.
