The Murphy Group is growing, and we're looking for real estate agents who want to build a real business with a team around them.

This is for agents who want structure and accountability. We provide leads, support, coaching, and one-on-one mentorship. You'll work on the parts of the business that move it forward: meeting people, following up, guiding buyers and sellers, and closing deals. We expect you to take ownership of your pipeline and show up ready to improve.

Responsibilities

Generate business through prospecting, your network, and consistent follow-up.

Meet with buyers and sellers, understand their goals, and guide them from the first conversation through closing.

Keep your contacts, tasks, and pipeline current in our CRM.

Participate in coaching, training, and team activities.

Qualifications

Arizona real estate agents who are coachable, accountable, and serious about producing.

Strong communicators who follow through and put clients first.

Newer agents ready to learn and experienced agents ready for a more structured team environment.
