Real Estate Administrative Assistant

We're Happy Florida Homes Realty, a growing independent brokerage and property management company serving Hernando County and the Spring Hill area. We're looking for a highly capable Real Estate Office Assistant to be the operational backbone of our office.

You'll open and close the office daily, keep it tidy and presentable, and serve as the first point of contact by answering phones, responding to inbound texts and emails, and following up promptly with clients, agents, and vendor partners. You'll document and build out our internal systems and checklists, draft paperwork, and coordinate calendars across the team. This role supports all three sides of our business: the brokerage, the sales team, and property management.

We're looking for someone highly organized, dependable, and tech-savvy, comfortable working with AI tools and modern software to keep operations efficient. Real estate experience is a plus but not required. What matters most is reliability, follow-through, and a willingness to learn our systems. As we grow and scale as a brokerage, the opportunities for growth in this position will grow right alongside it. This is a chance to build something with us early on.

$15 - $20 hourly

• Fill out all appropriate paperwork and file in the customer database to assist the real estate team in closing deals
• Notify transaction participants when a deadline is approaching
• Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough
• Generate status reports for the team on a regular basis to make sure company targets are being properly prioritized
• Arrange for open houses and other community events to locally spread brand awareness
• Continue to build skills and knowledge in the real estate industry by attending educational events

• Open and close the office daily; maintain a clean, presentable workspace

• Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software

• Reliable and dependable, with strong follow-through

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities across departments (brokerage, sales, property management)
