We are currently looking for an Engineer 3 to join our team in Farmington Hills, MI

A Day in the Life:     

The responsibilities listed are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties for this role. Additional tasks may be assigned, as needed, to support business objectives. 

Key Responsibilities

• Design and validation of front/rear bumper fascia components.
• Development of exterior trim and front-end module components.
• Coordination with suppliers, manufacturing plants, purchasing, and design teams.
• Management of quality, cost, and timing targets.
• Collaboration with Styling teams on A-surface development.
• Safety and regulatory compliance (pedestrian protection and low-speed impact).
• Fit, finish, and perceived quality management.
• Cost and weight reduction initiatives.

Who We’re Looking for:  

Required: 

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 3+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Ability to work onsite in Farmington Hills, MI.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Desired: 

• Ability to work overtime when required.
