Our client is an established electronics contract manufacturer in Gardena that supports aerospace and defense programs. They are looking for a Quoting & Estimating Supervisor to lead their quote team, sharpen the bidding process, and deliver accurate, competitive bids that bring in new business.

Role

Manage RFQs from start to submission

Ensure accurate, profitable costing

Coordinate crossfunctional bid requirements

Review bids and support NPI handoff

Improve quoting processes

Requirements

3 yrs estimating/quoting (EMS preferred)

2 yrs lead/supervisory experience

Component & manufacturing process knowledge

Excel, CRM, ERP/MRP; CalcuQuote a plus

U.S. citizenship required

Work Environment
This is an office-based role, mostly seated with computer and phone use. It requires the ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
