Responsibilities:
- Lead the Quality team and oversee day-to-day quality activities across the manufacturing operation.
- Own and maintain the AS9100 Quality Management System, including audits, management reviews, and quality objectives.
- Drive root-cause analysis, corrective actions, continuous improvement, and quality KPIs including scrap, rework, and customer issues.
- Partner with Manufacturing and Engineering to improve processes, inspection methods, and production controls.
- Oversee FAI, GD&T, CMM/dimensional inspection, SPC, MRB, and quality documentation.
- Support customer, supplier, and regulatory audits while ensuring compliance with applicable requirements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of senior quality management experience in precision manufacturing or CNC machining.
Strong knowledge of GD&T, CMM, dimensional inspection, engineering drawings, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with AS9100/ISO 9001, audits, corrective action, and root-cause analysis.
- Hands-on experience with FAI, SPC, inspection methods, and quality management systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with Engineering, Manufacturing, and production teams.
-Experience in aerospace, defense, medical, or other highly regulated manufacturing is preferred.
