Quality Inspector
Pay: $24.00-$25.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift, 6am-2:30pm

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team in a clean room environment. This role is responsible for inspecting products, accurately documenting inspection results, and performing a high volume of data entry to support quality records and manufacturing compliance.
The ideal candidate has prior experience working in a clean room, is comfortable wearing full clean room PPE for the duration of their shift, and has strong computer and data entry skills. Responsibilities
  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections on products throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Accurately document inspection findings using electronic data entry systems.
  • Enter quality data into Excel and other manufacturing software with a high level of accuracy.
  • Review inspection results for completeness and identify discrepancies.
  • Follow established quality procedures and work instructions.
  • Maintain detailed inspection records to support quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Work in a clean room environment while wearing full clean room gowning and PPE throughout the shift.
  • Communicate quality concerns to production and engineering teams as needed.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Previous experience working in a clean room is required.
  • Willingness and ability to wear full clean room attire for the entire shift.
  • Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate electronic records.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other computer-based data entry systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow written procedures and work independently.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in a technical or scientific discipline is a plus.
  • Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments such as medical device, pharmaceutical, electronics, or semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Experience analyzing quality data and identifying trends is a plus.
