In this vital role, you will elevate our Quality Management System (QMS), architect advanced quality assurance test plans, and lead powerful corrective actions that optimize manufacturing performance. If you love cracking complex technical puzzles, collaborating across functions, and turning data into actionable quality solutions, this hands‑on role is your next big career move.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintain, optimize, and elevate our Quality Management System and global quality standards.Design and execute high‑level test plans, modern inspection methods, and robust product validation activities.Analyze quality data, supplier performance, and production metrics to pinpoint trends and root causes.Spearhead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to maximize product reliability and process efficiency.Partner directly with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations to streamline product development and regulatory compliance.Act as the technical quality bridge between internal teams, suppliers, and global customers to resolve critical challenges.Champion Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and drive operational brilliance.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Aerospace, or a related field).4+ years of proven success in quality engineering, manufacturing, or quality assurance.Mastery of quality systems, advanced root cause analysis, and corrective action processes.
