Job Details

We are looking for a hands-on Process Engineer to support and improve manufacturing operations. This role focuses on equipment optimization, process improvements, troubleshooting, and supporting new product development in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
Optimize manufacturing processes to improve quality and efficiency.
Support equipment installation, validation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Design tooling and fixtures to support production.
Develop and improve manufacturing processes for new products.
Create work instructions, SOPs, and other process documentation.
Train production teams on equipment operation and best practices.
Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
Experience with manufacturing equipment, including motors, drives, PLCs, and HMIs.
Proficiency with SolidWorks, engineering drawings, and GD&T.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.v
