Key Responsibilities:- Serving as the Quality representative on product development and process change project teams to ensure seamless collaboration and adherence to quality standards.
- Ensuring Design Control requirements are appropriately applied to new product development and product or process changes through diligent review and implementation.
- Supporting design transfer and product lifecycle activities by collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth transitions and continuous improvement.
- Creating, reviewing, and maintaining documentation required for Design History Files (DHF) to ensure accurate record-keeping and regulatory compliance.
- Creating, reviewing, and maintaining Quality System documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and records, to uphold quality standards.
- Developing and reviewing product documentation to support regulatory and quality requirements, ensuring clarity and compliance.
- Generating and supporting quality documentation such as Requests for Service (RFS), Engineering Change Requests (ECR), Product Quality Reports (PQR), and related records to facilitate quality tracking and improvements.
- Ensuring compliance with corporate, divisional, and departmental procedures through ongoing review and adherence.
- Creating and reviewing validation documentation including Process Validation Protocols, Product Validation Protocols, Stability Protocols, Test Methods, and Validation Reports to confirm product integrity.
Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Technology, Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience, with 2+ years supporting product development or quality engineering functions.
- Proven expertise in Design Controls, validation, risk management, and quality systems
- Strong technical documentation skills.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and regulatory requirements.
- Support experience in product development programs
- Familiarity with Design History Files (DHF), Engineering Change Requests (ECR), and product change management.
- Experience conducting internal and supplier audits.
- Industry-specific experience in medical devices.
- ASQ certifications such as CQE, CQA, or CMQ/OE.
