We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Supervisor (Fabrication) to join our team in Louisville, KY. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our fabrication processes meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
1st Shift: M-F

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the quality control team to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of fabrication processes and finished products.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and provide training on quality standards.
- Analyze quality data and prepare reports to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
- Address and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal impact on production.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality control and fabrication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in quality control or assurance, preferably in a fabrication environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with quality control tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO standards).
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
