Manage and improve quality control processes across manufacturing operations. Ensure products meet customer requirements, engineering specifications, and internal quality standards. Oversee in-process and final inspections to maintain consistent product quality. Maintain quality procedures, inspection plans, and documentation systems. Monitor quality metrics and drive accountability for results. Lead investigations into quality issues, nonconformances, and customer concerns. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Track trends and identify opportunities to reduce defects, improve efficiency, and minimize waste. Champion continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality performance, delivery, and cost reduction. Partner with operations and engineering teams to proactively identify and mitigate risks. Coach, mentor, and develop quality personnel to improve performance and technical capabilities. Provide guidance and training on quality systems, inspection methods, and best practices. Build a culture of quality awareness throughout the organization. Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Project Management teams to achieve business objectives.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered. 5+ years of quality leadership experience within a manufacturing environment. Previous experience supervising or managing quality personnel. Strong understanding of quality control methodologies, root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement practices. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T. Experience analyzing quality data and reporting performance metrics. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Sponsorship not provided.
Base salary $85,000 - $105,000 depending on experience. Annual bonus target - 6% target. 18 days paid time off + paid holidays. 401k with 3% match. Tuition reimbursement opportunities.
