Description

  • Manage and improve quality control processes across manufacturing operations.
  • Ensure products meet customer requirements, engineering specifications, and internal quality standards.
  • Oversee in-process and final inspections to maintain consistent product quality.
  • Maintain quality procedures, inspection plans, and documentation systems.
  • Monitor quality metrics and drive accountability for results.
  • Lead investigations into quality issues, nonconformances, and customer concerns.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Track trends and identify opportunities to reduce defects, improve efficiency, and minimize waste.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality performance, delivery, and cost reduction.
  • Partner with operations and engineering teams to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop quality personnel to improve performance and technical capabilities.
  • Provide guidance and training on quality systems, inspection methods, and best practices.
  • Build a culture of quality awareness throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Project Management teams to achieve business objectives.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • 5+ years of quality leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Previous experience supervising or managing quality personnel.
  • Strong understanding of quality control methodologies, root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T.
  • Experience analyzing quality data and reporting performance metrics.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Offer

  • Base salary $80,000 - $105,000 depending on experience
  • Annual bonus target - 7% target
  • 18 days paid time off + paid holidays
  • 401k with 3% match
