• Perform electro-mechanical and cable assembly
• Assemble, disassemble, repair, and rework components
• Read and follow wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, and work instructions
• Perform basic testing of electronic and mechanical assemblies
• Use hand tools and equipment to complete assembly work
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow all safety procedures and production requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to read measurements and follow written instructions

• Soldering, wiring, cable assembly, or electro-mechanical experience is a plus

• Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
• Willingness to learn how to use measuring and inspection equipment
