Quality Assurance Manager - Hybrid - Contract W2/C2C - $97-107 per HR

Join our team as a Quality Assurance Manager, where you'll oversee comprehensive testing processes for a major transformation project. This hybrid position involves coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and quality assurance. You'll be responsible for guiding testers and managing test execution using industry-standard technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the test plan, including scheduling.
• Lead system integration testing and conference room pilots.
• Manage defect tracking and resolution processes.
• Coordinate across functional and technical teams.
• Provide regular reports on test progress and risks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in software development and testing.
• Bachelor's degree in technical sciences or information systems preferred.
• Experience with various software development methodologies.
• Led at least two full life cycle systems delivery implementations.
