Quality Assurance Engineer
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of professional video and audio (Pro AV) systems.
This is a hands-on role working closely with Engineering and Production teams to test, validate, and improve products before release and shipment.

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of professional video and audio (Pro AV) systems.
This is a hands-on role working closely with Engineering and Production teams to test, validate, and improve products before release and shipment.
What Youll Do
- Own all aspects of quality assurance and quality control
- Test, measure, and validate video/audio products to ensure compliance with specifications
- Perform failure analysis, root cause investigations, and corrective actions
- Work with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and analyzers
- Support verification, validation, and qualification testing
- Help drive continuous improvement and process enhancements
- Create and maintain quality documentation, procedures, and reports
- Collaborate with Engineering on product and process improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in engineering or related field
- 5+ years of QA/QC experience in video/audio hardware or systems
- Strong understanding of video/audio systems and signal processing
- Experience with lab testing equipment and troubleshooting complex issues
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
