Position Summary
The Quality & Compliance Manager is responsible for maintaining organizational quality systems, certifications, and compliance programs to ensure alignment with ISO standards, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations.
This is a hands-on role within a small team environment, focused on keeping processes practical, organized, and audit-ready while partnering cross-functionally to support day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage internal and external ISO audits, including preparation, coordination, and follow-up actions
Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS), including procedures, work instructions, and records
Lead corrective action processes, customer complaint investigations, and case management within ERP systems (e.g., D365) to drive resolution and improvement
Oversee supplier regulatory documentation requests and ensure alignment with customer compliance requirements
Manage documentation related to post-consumer recycled (PCR) and recycled content certifications
Support documentation requirements for post-industrial materials
Partner with department leaders to document processes for training and ISO compliance (excluding manufacturing training)
Develop training materials and assist with maintaining training records and documentation
Manage CPN creation and new item setup in internal systems, ensuring data accuracy, proper documentation, and compliance with internal controls
Review and support fulfillment-related quality requirements as needed
Manage internal compliance communications, including digital safety and awareness content
Support internal safety initiatives and conduct safety audits at the corporate office
Maintain customer and internal specifications documentation
Support continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional quality efforts
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree required
Experience working with ISO standards and audit processes
Strong process management and documentation control experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with ERP systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Comfortable using desktop or handheld systems to access operational data
Work Environment
Small team, hands-on role with broad responsibilities across quality, documentation, and compliance
High level of collaboration with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $73,000.00 per year
