QA LEAD

* *2–4 years of QA/software testing experience.*
* *Hands-on experience, research, or experimentation with agentic AI testing, AI-driven test generation, or autonomous testing agents.*
* Experience mentoring, coordinating, or informally leading QA team members.
* Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and modern QA/testing methodologies.
* Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities.
* Enthusiasm for building a new QA practice in a rapidly evolving AI environment.
* Ability to communicate technical AI/QA concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* College degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field *preferred but not required*.

What You'll Do

* Lead and prioritize the QA team's day-to-day testing activities.
* Mentor and provide technical guidance to QA team members.
* Evaluate, pilot, and configure *agentic AI testing tools and platforms*.
* Develop and run proof-of-concept programs and present findings to leadership.
* Help establish processes for configuring, supervising, and validating AI testing agents.
* Partner with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams.
* Conduct demonstrations and training to encourage adoption of AI-driven testing.
* Help develop AI-assisted QA metrics, including test coverage, agent accuracy, false-positive rates, defect escape rates, and release cycle time.
* Contribute to testing sign-off and release-readiness recommendations.
* Stay current on emerging agentic AI/QA tools, vendors, and open-source solutions.
