Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a QA Automation Engineer - Selenium / Playwright / Cucumber for their Tampa, FL location.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites.
Build UI automation solutions using Selenium and/or Playwright.
Develop behavior-driven test automation using Cucumber or similar BDD frameworks.
Create and execute automated and manual test cases for web applications, APIs, databases, and batch processes.
Translate business and technical requirements into comprehensive test scenarios and test plans.
Validate REST APIs through functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Perform database validation and data reconciliation activities using Oracle SQL.
Execute testing for batch jobs and end-to-end workflow processes.
Manage defects, test results, and release readiness activities.
Participate actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies and advocate for quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Utilize Jira, Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and related SDLC tools to support testing and release activities.
Collaborate with distributed teams across multiple locations and provide guidance on testing best practices.
Continuously improve automation coverage, framework stability, and quality engineering processes.
