Python Developer

Location - Jersey city,  NJ ( candidate has to go onsite for the Final round of interview so preferred local candidates Near to Jersey city )
Title - Senior Python Developer – Global Markets (Financial Services)
Pay - $65-$70/ h on w2 
 

• Looking for a Senior Python Developer with 5+ years of experience in object-oriented programming, preferably Python, and strong backend development skills.
• Hands-on experience in REST APIs, ReactJS, and full-stack application development is required.
• Candidate should have 3+ years of experience working on Front Office applications within Banking or Financial Services domains.
• Strong understanding of quantitative research, domain-specific data analysis, and financial datasets is preferred.
• Experience in Risk & Pricing application development and knowledge of Fixed Income products will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with relational/object databases and exposure to trade surveillance or market misconduct systems is desirable.
• Prior experience working in Global Markets environments and handling audit or compliance-related initiatives is preferred.
• Knowledge of the Quartz platform within investment banking ecosystems will be considered a strong plus.
