Python Developer

Preferred Qualifications: Experience building technology platforms for risk analytics, financial services, or other high-performance environments is a plus. Experience working with multiple types of databases, including: Relational databases.

Title: Python Developer
Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote, 8 hours mandatory) within 50 miles of the location
Pay Range: $60 - $65/hr
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2 from Day 1

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience developing applications and services using Python.
• Expertise in Python functional programming and object-oriented programming (OOP).
• Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Experience designing and developing distributed and horizontally scalable systems.
• Strong experience building robust microservices and complex backend services.
• Experience working with multiple types of databases, including:
  • Relational databases
  • Document databases
  • NoSQL databases
• Strong experience writing unit tests using pytest and/or unittest.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation.

Preferred Qualifications:
