• Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet production and operational needs.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases to minimize costs and avoid shortages.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with vendors and suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement strategies with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all procurement activities.
• Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management.
