Qualifications
Degree: MD or DO
Certifications: Board certified or board eligible in Pulmonary Disease; sleep medicine certification or strong interest in obtaining it; critical care experience strongly preferred
Licensure: Active Indiana medical license, or eligibility to obtain one
Experience: Fellowship-trained graduates and experienced physicians welcome
