Role Overview
As a Public Relations & Communications Assistant, you will support live events, community outreach initiatives, and brand activation campaigns by delivering consistent messaging and creating positive public engagement experiences. You will gain practical, real-world experience in public relations, event communications, and audience relations.
Key Responsibilities (Event-Based)
Represent clients and brands at live events, promotional activations, and community outreach programs
Communicate key messages clearly and professionally to event attendees and the public
Assist with event setup, on-site coordination, and real-time event support
Engage with community members, customers, or donors to increase brand awareness
Support public relations efforts through face-to-face communication and outreach activities
Distribute promotional materials and provide accurate campaign information
Maintain a professional, brand-aligned presence at all events
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event execution and strong audience engagement
Gather feedback from event attendees to support campaign improvement and communications strategy
