Pay Rate: $60 per hour - $67 per hour
Summary:
- Days: Monday-Friday
- Shift Schedule: 8:00AM-5:00PM
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients of all ages, modifying plan of care as appropriate.
- Serve as a role model in the delivery of professional services.
- Act as a clinical resource for staff and students.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
- IL PT License.
- BLS, AHA certifications.
