PT - Therapy CATR

Pay Rate: $60 per hour - $67 per hour

Summary:

• Days: Monday-Friday
• Shift Schedule: 8:00AM-5:00PM

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients of all ages, modifying plan of care as appropriate.
• Serve as a role model in the delivery of professional services.
• Act as a clinical resource for staff and students.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• IL PT License.
• BLS, AHA certifications.
